What happens if we don’t use all our hours?
Unused hours from your Priority Design Partner package roll over for 12 months. You’ll get a friendly reminder before they expire.
Can we book multiple Design Power Days together?
Yes. Many clients book two or three days back to back for larger campaigns or full document suites.
What if our job needs both design and website updates?
No problem. You can use your hours or day session across both graphic and website updates. We’ll confirm the best approach once we see your brief.
Do you charge extra for revisions?
Priority Design Partner and Design Power Day include unlimited revisions within the project scope. Pay as you go is quoted each time before we begin, and includes two rounds of changes. Extra refinements can be billed separately if needed.
When do we pay?
Pre-Paid hours and Design Power Days are paid upfront to lock in your spot. Pay as you go is billed after delivery. Invoices are sent directly, and payment can be made via direct transfer or credit card.
Do you work with clients outside of Australia?
No, we currently work exclusively with Australian-based clients.
