Do you do WordPress websites?
We believe business owners shouldn't need to focus on hard-to-manage website maintenance, often required on platforms such as WordPress. That's why we only provide websites on easy-to-manage website builders, including Squarespace, Rocketspark and Weebly.
If you want to utilise another platform, such as WordPress, we are more than happy to refer one of our trusted partners. Chat with us for more information.
We've already established our branding. Can you make our website?
Absolutely. Whether you have established branding or you're hoping we can help, we can ensure your website design exceeds your expectations.
We already use Squarespace, Rocketspark or Weebly, can you help us to refresh the site? How much would this cost?
As you’re already on the platform, there will be some discounts on the setup. The pricing of a refresh depends on how much you would like to change. We usually estimate around $2,000-$4,000. We can discuss the investment more in-depth during our Free Design Consult for you to work with.
Who writes the website content for my website?
We only focus on the design aspects of the website. For this reason, all copy will need to be written by you or an elected copywriter. If you do not have the copy ready at the time of designing, all copy will be presented in Lorem Ipsum, which you can later change.
Will you provide website hosting with this fee?
Website hosting is not included in the fee for any of our website design projects. If you require help with hosting, we are happy to recommend trusted companies we have worked with before. If you already have a host, we can help arrange the transition with your current host.
Will you look after my SEO?
As we don't provide content writing, SEO is not included in your website. However, we will design all of our websites in line with best practices at the time of the design. We still highly recommend you work closely with a digital marketer to ensure your website is optimised.
