Pack & Design Power Day Terms of Service
We're committed to delivering great work that meets your needs and expectations. By completing a booking for one of our fixed-price packs or a Design Power Day, you agree to these terms.
Services Covered
These terms apply to the following Harbrow Creations services:
Design Power Day (Half-Day and Full-Day)
What's Included
Packs: Each pack includes a fixed set of deliverables as listed on the relevant product page at the time of booking. No additional deliverables are included unless agreed in writing before the session.
Design Power Day: A half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) block of dedicated graphic design time. Suitable for any design work excluding new branding projects and full website builds. The scope of work is determined by what can be reasonably completed within the booked time. Unused time does not carry over.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your session date will not be confirmed until payment is received. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact hello@harbrowcreations.com with at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to move your session to another available date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the booking.
What You Need to Provide
To make the most of your session, please submit your brief, logo files, brand assets, and any required content to hello@harbrowcreations.com at least 24 hours before your session. Failure to provide materials on time may result in your session being rescheduled.
Revisions
Packs: One round of revisions is included as standard. Additional revisions are available at our standard studio rate of $160+GST per hour, with a one-hour minimum.
Design Power Day: Revisions are not included as a separate round. Any amends are completed within the booked time. Work delivered at the end of the session is considered final unless additional time is booked.
Harbrow Creations is not liable for errors after final approval.
Scope & Change Requests
Packs are fixed-scope services. Any requests outside the agreed deliverables will be treated as a separate project and quoted accordingly.
Design Power Days are time-based. Work is scoped to what can be reasonably completed within the booked session. Additional time can be booked separately if required.
Exclusions
The following are not included unless specifically stated:
Printing costs
Canva account or subscription fees
Xero account or subscription fees
Stock imagery or font licences
Any third-party platform fees
Project Timeline
Pack work is completed within one business day of your confirmed session date, provided all required materials have been submitted on time. Design Power Day work is delivered by end of the booked session. Harbrow Creations is not responsible for delays caused by late submission of materials or incomplete briefs.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership of all delivered design files transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Preliminary work, source files, and design software remain the property of Harbrow Creations. Usage rights are granted for agreed commercial purposes only.
Portfolio & Credit Rights
Harbrow Creations may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless covered by a confidentiality agreement. If you prefer your work not to be shared publicly, please notify us in writing before your session.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless legally required to share it.
Liability
Harbrow Creations is not liable for third-party failures, platform outages, or issues arising from client-provided materials. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. The client agrees to indemnify Harbrow Creations against claims related to client-provided content or materials.
Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside their control, including illness, equipment failure, platform outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Modifications
Any changes to these terms must be made in writing and agreed by both parties before the session date.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
