Skelethos is a company at the forefront of ethical artificial intelligence. Grounded in the philosophy of Soulware (AI designed with integrity, transparency, and human values) the Skelethos team needed more than just a logo. They needed a visual identity that communicated precision, transparency, and thoughtful confidence.
Their goal was to move away from DIY visuals and establish a composed brand presence that could hold its own on the global stage of the competitive AI industry. So, with a keynote presentation at an international AI conference in Tokyo fast approaching, that’s where we came in.
The brief called for something precise yet organic, a design that could symbolise neural pathways and AI networks while remaining approachable and human-centered. Above all, the brand needed a logo that felt timeless and aligned with their philosophy of transparent, ethical technology.
A mother-daughter vision

Skelethos is the creation of a mother-daughter duo united by a shared passion for ethical AI. Veena brings decades of expertise in IT governance, auditing, and compliance, while Amberlynn contributes a dynamic perspective from criminology, cybersecurity, and ethics. Together, their intergenerational collaboration embodies the perfect balance of vigilance and imagination that defines both their work, and their brand identity.
The Design Process
Working closely with the Skelethos team, we explored a range of directions before arriving at a mark that brought their vision to life.
The final design, Soulware, embodies a vibrant, imaginative, and ethically grounded aesthetic. Inspired by mythical guardians and abstract organic structures, Soulware symbolises watchfulness, integrity, and ethical responsibility in AI.

Softly complex: Warm layered tones suggest transparency and nuance, strength without sharpness, clarity without coldness.
Quiet confidence: Branding that communicates professionalism and leadership with a light touch, ideal for a brand that leads with thoughtfulness.
The result is a logo that feels imaginative yet disciplined, perfectly capturing the nuanced philosophy behind Soulware.

The rebrand launched in time for Skelethos’ keynote presentation at the Tokyo conference, successfully differentiating their company as both professional and thoughtful, embodying their commitment to leading with integrity in the AI space.
